Have more than 1,400 professional talents, including:1 expert receiving special government allowance from the State Council,16 professor-level senior engineers,132 professional and technical personnel with senior professional titles or above,166 professional and technical personnel with intermediate professional titles or above,and more than 200 registered professional and technical personnel of various types.

Organization Construction

Established a Technical Committee, an Expert Committee, and other institutions. Under the Enterprise Technology Center are three sub-centers specializing in concrete pipes, plastic pipes, and steel-plastic composite pipes, with total 19 laboratories.

Technology Platform Construction

Establish an independent innovation platform based on the Technology Center, and a cooperative technology platform among universities, enterprises, research institutes and industry associations. We have also set up a Doctoral Workstation with Hydraulic Structures at the Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute.
